Brookholme is registered for 40 residents. Accommodation is provided over two floors and accessed by a passenger lift and comprises 40 single bedrooms.

The Home benefits from a large well maintained garden to the rear of the premises and car parking facilities to the front.

The home also prides itself in excellent catering, in-house entertainment and a residents’ garden.

This really is a home that stands out from the crowd.

Activities

We provide a stimulating activities programme in which residents are involved. The home has its own games room, as well as a cinema room, complete with popcorn, for the full Saturday Night at the movies feel!

The programme is continually amended to accommodate changing demands. Mobility, disabilities, skills, abilities,aims and choices are taken into account

Doctor Visits

Brookholme uses Doctors from the Surgery nearest to the home, but our residents are also welcome to continue using their own GP, who will be familiar to them and will know their medical history. This is one of the many ways in which Brookholme helps retain residents' links to their previous lives, which is very important, especially for those with dementia.
